Gmail : Error code 766

Can't login to one of my two Gmail accounts? Keep getting 'Error code 766'

Anyone got the same? or tips?

I am getting:

Server Error

We are sorry but Google Mail is temporarily unavailable. We are currently working to fix the problem. Please try logging in to your account in a few minutes.

Been like that for most of the evening

Mine's fine - and this is why gmail's still beta

gmail isn't beta anymore, hasnt been for a few months, it also isn't invite only any more

I'd agree it's not been invite only for ages now, but it's definitely still beta - just check out the gmail logo for proof.

How long has it been beta now? Must be one of the longest beta stages I've ever seen for an application. Or is that they can't be bothered to finish it as they are to busy working on other things!

I think it's a combination of both - they are adding things every now and then, but then why couldn't they do that to an actual 'finished' product?
