This seems to have gone completely unannounced as far as I can tell, but looking through my settings today, GMail now supports IMAP!
This may be of no use to some people, but for me this is great! I never could get POP working, and IMAP now means easy use of GMail on Outlook and the web on multiple computers!
Just thought Id let you know!
EDIT: And another thing! GMail on my phone without using that bloody stupid GMail Java app!
