my google mail contacts and chat seems to have gone, any ideas?

You changed it to "Standard without chat" By the space used thingy, theres "Standard with chat"

Should fix your prob

i see!!!!!!!!1 sorry mate, i feel a right noob now! i was in the 'settings' and looking everywhere! surely they should add it there to for blind gimps like me!
