Hi Folks

I got this mini PC a while back which come with Windows 11 pre-installed.

Not being a fan of Windows 11, I decided to install Windows 10 which is supported and the manufacturer provides drivers (well sort of) :D

There is no package installer other than for 'GPIO' which I installed ok and that got rid of a few unknown devices but this last one has me scratching my head! The rest of the drivers are all .inf files which I have been struggling to install using the 'have disk' method.

This is the only unknown device now and searching on the Device ID is sending me around in circles! The little machine is working fab but I would like to sort this... any of you guys know what's up or even have one of these? :)

I have included a link to a screenshot of device manager and the drivers folder below (forum not allowing me to post the image?).

Oh and before anyone mentions, I have the extended user support enabled so Windows 10 will be working for a while yet :D Any help would be appreciated!

You googled the device ID yeah?..

I had found that thanks but was going around in circles. I had indulged in a few cold ones mind you :D

I will try it again as I wasn’t having much luck manually installing said driver.

Wish they would just have a package installer for stuff like this!

Got it sorted! Turns out after a few Peroni I had forgotten to extract the driver files after downloading.

The driver in the link above worked when I tried it again this time and the unknown device is gone.

So beer and computers are a no go then it seems :D
