Go 7400 benchmark results

In a recent post I mentioned my new T2300 Dual Core laptop 1gig ddr2 with Go7400 and 128meg dedicated ram altho' diagnostic programs are reporting 256meg dedicated.

Anyways, even tho' it's able to run HL2 and Serious Sam flawlessly and smoothly on high settings I thought I'd do a couple of benchmark tests.
These tests are at default, card speed is also at default of 450core 700mem.

3Dmark2003 = 4029

3Dmark2005 = 1998

I don't really know what those scores equate to but I'm sure those in the know and wondering about the 7400 card will understand what they mean

tbh thats pretty poor imo.

my X800XL at stock gets 5.5k in 3damrk05 and 11k in 3dmark03.

don't know mate, that's why i posted the results .... it plays games sweet enough for a lappy that only cost £800

To be honest for a £800 laptop that's not a bad graphics card. It'll probably make a fist at any game out there, even oblivion on low settings.

yea, i was pleasantly surprised as I didn't buy it to play games, but needed a decent laptop for 3D modelling and graphics, I seemed to have hit a nice balance for both at a reasonable price
