Time to start looking for car insurance again. Despite covering around 5k miles last year at most, my insurance company have decided that a £20 increase is in order.....I disagree.
I see Go Compare are offering a free £250 excess cover - so should I need to claim on my insurance, once everything is settled I can claim up to £250 of my excess back directly from them.
I cannot see anything hidden in the T&C's that might lead to no pay-out - does say you need to claim within 6 months of your insurance claim.
Don't suppose anyone here has had to make use of this service?
Just of course I can increase my voluntary excess through this site knowing that I'd get the first £250 back, which of course lowers my quotes.
