Currently have some reserved parts for next build.
1500 watt psu
ram and 2 RVE mobos; However I am very keen on going skylake 1151 mobo and next gen NVidia cards, which would mean I would sell those parts indefinetly.
Worth it?

Next build? Something wrong with your current one lol?

Skylake 1151 is gonna be slower than the 5960x so what's the point...? Are you asking if you should wait until the next gen of graphics card to do a new build? The answer to that would be an unequivocal yes, but they aren't expected to be available until Q3 or Q4 next year.

So a 6960x will be slower than my 5960x?Will defo get the next gen NVidia cards, but disappointed with the wait tbh.
Already ordered an sth10 from case labs, and want to take the plunge in acrylic tubing for next build.
In respect to my current build it works fine except for some games .

broadwell e (6960x) is not gonna be on socket 1151 though. it'll be on 2011, so will be compatible with the RVE. no socket 1151 chip will be able to match your current one.

GTA V and ADVANCED warfare seem to stutter every 5 seconds.
Dying light starts with black screen.
Witcher 3 exits after 1 hour.
Crysis 3 and crisis 2 need settings to be played around back and forth to get smooth gameplay.

I'm shocked that your rig struggles with anything

I can run crysis 2 perfectly on a single 670...

Seems like you have some software or driver issues. I've heard crossfire setups can suffer from micro-stutter, perhaps the problems with GTA and AW are due to SLI?

Perhaps but my money is on OS. These problems occurred when I installed windows 10.

What makes you think changing your hardware will solve all these issues?

I've heard of the upgrade itch but this is something else entirely.
