Seriously, there's nothing hard about it. Installing the processor onto the mobo is a piece of cake and overclocking is simple once you've read the stickies on various forums. It's all down to buying the right parts that will give you an optimum overclock.
I can do the installation with my eyes closed, overclocking is new to me. I guess I'll have to read up on the subject.

Proper job. I am leaning towards the CoolerMaster Praetorian 732, good/bad? Also unsure of the PSU, unless it's highly thought of?

The Enermax Liberty 500W is a good PSU !
As far as i know the CoolerMaster Praetorian 732 is a good case, so go for it if thats what you like.
