How long do i need to run this program to find out if my overclock has worked,been running it for nearly 2 hrs stable.

Cant leave it on over nite it`s right next to me bed
Ran it for 5hrs 45 min stable,plus i was surfing the net at the same time,if need be i`ll run it first thing monday morning and leave it on all day that should be ok.
