It's my mates 21st birthday today and he is celebrating with a BBQ/Party which he has every year. It has become some what of a tradition for me to make super hot burgers every year.
I love hot food. I add some form of chilli to about 80% of my meals. Last years burgers were probably the hottest thing I have ever eaten, but I have stepped it up a notch this year.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Madras curry paste (Just for flavour)
1 tbsp Random curry flakes
1 tbsp Cayenne powder
10 Birds Eye chillis
6 Scoth Bonnet chillis
4 dried Naga Jolokia chillis (hottest chillis in the world)
1/4 tsp 7.3 Million Scoville chilli extract
1 clove chopped garlic
1" grated Ginger
Chopped Coriander
Salt
Pepper
Despite the heat, last years burgers were very tasty. The curry paste and ginger gives the burgers a spicy meatball flavour.
You have to be carefull when cooking something like this on a BBQ. The smoke that comes of is like tear gas.
