Anyone played this game? I just ordered it and it is reviewed as an "instant classic" Please feel free to look it up and comment.

It's one I quite want to try, so I'll be intruiged to see what you (and anyone else) think of it. I've heard it has very mixed reviews though, but those who like it really love it.

Supposed to be pretty oddball though isn't it? Very out there. I love the PS2 for games like that.

Thats exactly why I never use IGN

They give God hand a 3, but FFX-2 gets a 9.5?

Its a brilliant game if your just looking for a good laugh and some fun. It does tend to get a bit repetitive, but its a lot of fun though

Don't forget IGN gave Jade Empire a 10 as well :s Jade Empire was good but it was never a 10, more of an 8.

I usually go with 1UP reviews, Edge are good as well but I don't buy their magazine that often to be honest.

As for God Hand, if you haven't played Okami cancel your order and buy that instead. It's made by the same people and Okami has definitely been reviewed as the better game. It also looks stunning, I love the art of it.

From what I have heard and read God Hand seems to be a fun game but just not the finished article.

Edge provide consistently the most information and most interesting to anyone passionate about games. They also don't give out 10's often. To my knowledge the only games EVER to recieve 10/10 are 'Gran Turismo' (Both PAL and NTSC), 'Mario 64', 'Zelda: Ocarina of Time' and 1 other titles which slips my mind.

God Hand is fb. The IGN reviewer quite clearly didn't know WTF he was talking about. In fact it's easily the single worst review of a game I've ever read in my entire life.

5 titles, Gran Turismo, Mario 64, Zelda, Half Life 2 and of course everyones favourite console FPS, Halo: combat evolved.

The game is good. I just wish graphic wise (or is it texture) it can do better....walls fall flat etc. Anyway, i had the shock of my life when i had to fight a twin boss. Guess what they are both gay! They even walk the walk and talk like one.....

Halo recieved a 9 I am sure, and I'm pretty sure Half-Life 2 got 8...
It says on Wikipedia those 5 games, though I am sure they gave Halo a 9..

Also, for a magazine who give such tight scores, god knows how HL2 got a 10.
