I love my PC and playing games on it but is it me or are there no decent games out atm?

C&C3 - drab (and I'm a huuuge CnC fan)
STALKER - bored after an hour
Supreme Commander - need to give it another go

erm... cant think what else is worth playing? I just seem to end up goin back to:

Dark Crusade - ultimate sci fi RTS
Natural Selection - for my FPS hit

What other new FPS n RTS would you suggest? All I seem to be doin is waitin for Crysis n Bioshock like the majority of peeps. Oh n don't mention company of heroes - still pales in comparison to dark crusade imo.
 
Done enuff MMORPGs in my time to not wanna get back into that kinda thing!
 
^ Guessin so since he says he plays Natural Selection.

Why not play some Age Of Empires 3 or Prey. You must have missed something in the last couple of months.

well... go for it.... be careful your wife don't come in to the office, you may have a lot of explaining to do when she catches you.... :D
 
Blame Microsoft and Sony for killing the PC gaming industry :(

I do think that the PC will rise again, they can't keep the ultimate platform down for long, but undoubtedly the PC games scene is dead atm.

thing is, PC games can last for years and years add to that fact there are so many MODS for the best games the PC still sits top of the pile , consoles are a small distraction but then if your looking at the PC as just a games machine then your not getting the big picture

I agree, the problem isn't the PC, as I said its the ultimate platform for games, and of course, for anything else you want to do with computers ;) . The problem is M$ and $ony signing up all the games developers to exclusive deals. Time was, games like GTA, Halo etc would all come out on the PC at the same time or before the console versions, now its the other way around, and gamers aren't prepared to wait for the PC version, especially when you have subsidised hardware for the consoles themselves.
