"God is in Details" - Mies van der Rohe

Changing fans and a cooler became something else quite quickly and I thought I would make a little log of my progress. I'll start adding pictures soon too.

Firstly the parts;
1055t 95W edition
Corsair XMS3 (4x2gb)
XFX 4670
Corsair HX650W
Samsung F3 (1TB)
Samsung slim slot loading optical drive
Noctua C12p SE14
Lian Li V351
Sharkoon 120mm x2
Sharkoon 80mm x2
Nexus 92mm x1

Job one de rivet the case :)
And stare are the beautiful noctua badge
Also I think the quote is fitting due to the cube style of the case :)

Hey, its the lian li v351. Its actual use will be gaming, photoshop and rendering from sketchup/autocad, I just really like the case.
Just got loads in the post so ill be chopping up the case some more and sleeving some cables =)

Yeah the back plate would have been cool, but I'm really trying to reduce the cost as I've spent way too much already, I might have a go at it if I upgrade in the future though!
Yeah sorry its crap but thought it would look clearer haha.

Update; sleeving my nexus fan and the wires got cut.. opps! so I actually found sharkoon make 92mm fans, think i'll try find one

Yeah its been pretty fiddly, but hoping it will come together with little hassle once the mods are done!

Update;
Sleeving sorted, sorry for the lousy pic, I'll take another... looks more in focus :)

Noctua fitted!

and temps dropped 7 degrees idle straight away to 30, so i'm very impressed.
Also means I can slide my motherboard in and out with no effort :)

Thanks! I really like the clean/white wash look and wanted to try and get as close as possible, but it looks a lot worse with the cables attached.
I really want an ssd but I had to get a new motherboard, add to that the cost of all the stuff for painting/cutting the case and dvd drive its gotten pretty expensive,

Would an ssd help with photoshop while using it or is it just opening it?

Thanks =)
Just got to figure out if i want the 80mm fans in the back.. sort of don't fit with the 120mm exhaust but would help with cooling =S!
Then put the temperature sensors in and its done!
