Couldn't see a thread on either Page 1 or 2 so here *NOTE* there is swearing in the video, but its bleeped-out/censored so is that ok? If not I will edit it out or just delete the thread

Edit: No real information about it just now there is good chance its to be made, but its still worth a watch even though it lacks information. There is also some GoW 2 action in there as well, which looks great. But GoW 3 will be my reason to finally get a PS3 (which will probably be late 2008 or even early 2009)

GoW2 still looks awesome, only a few months away cant wait :D
 
Did you have a PS2? If so where have you been? :p God of War is one of or if not the best hack n slash games on the console. Even if you don't like them its still recommended you try it because it is really well made, also the sequel God of War 2 is due out early 2007. By the way the clips you saw in that video were from God of War 2 on PS2 and it will be the last game I will be playing before I retire the PS2.

God of War is so overrated.

Its not a patch on Ninja Gaiden or DMC.

It only got this hype due to its marketing and lack of competition out in the sae time period.

It looked pretty good to me, I remember watching my bro play the 1st one and it looked great.

I on the other hand played Ninja Gaiden and found it pretty poor. Although thats probably down to me being useless at it. :o

Totaly disagree with that.I think its one of the best games of its kind i've played on any system and if i had to name 5 games worth owning a PS2 for this would be one of them.

Sorry, but sales figures and various awards would disagree with you there. What I don't understand though is if you dislike it why open a thread about it? I tend to avoid threads about things I dislike.

All it looks like to me is that you came here to moan about how much it sucks and how other games are better. If you listed reasons as to why you think its bad fair enough, but you are just trolling in that post. Explain why its over-rated then I will take back what I said.

Ninja Gaiden plays differently to God of War and Devil May Cry since its more focused on defending and attacking at the right moment with the right combo. Also Devil May cry has had 3 games to get their series just right and this was God of Wars first attempt and they more or less got it bang on target first time round.
 
What are our official forum acronyms for Gears of War and God of War?

I was pretty confused for a nanosecond there.
