Ok i know PSN store has its own thread but this warrants its own one lol, on the US PSN store there is the God of war Demo for the PSP. Now downloading its 164 Meg.
Only problem gotta stop playing patapon to play it lol!

Pon Pon Pata Pon!

Do that again and Kratos will come and sort all your sweet lil patapons out

Back to GOW COO demo,
Anyway after playing the demo all the way through several times, I am now extremely impressed with this game! Its pretty unbelievable to me that a handheld game can look this good, it looks near enough like GOW2 on the PS2. The controls, the only bit i was concerned with work extremely well and in some ways i prefer them to the original, the roll by pressing L/R buttons and analogue works much better than i thought. The Level well part off has got most of the main elements of a GOW game (apart from boobies lol) mini boss fights, QTE (which work very well), and loads of things to kill. The only downside is that its has 2 or 3 places where the frame rate drops, but this seems to be more of a loading new areas rather than numbers on screen as it doesnt seem to happen in battles, this is not present in the proper game, as this is a build thats several months old. If you like GOW and dont have a PSP this game is defiantly worth getting one for IMO.

Right back to patapon

is this the same demo that was released ages ago or a new one ? does it start with a bunch of ships firing at you on a roof top ?

Yeah like i said its an old demo, think it was shown at either E3 or TGS cant remember which, think its also the first PSP title to up the CPU to 333 Mhz.

I think they had a thing where they sent the demo out on umd's to people and it got ripped to the net soon after that.

Im glad its the old demo because in that case they can still make the final product better ie it wont have any frame rate issues. Its the best looking hand held game I have ever played.

Its going to be great.

edoit : sorry I didn't read your 2nd post thoroughly enough, I need the line breaks :p
