Until you buy something they don't fix! I have a game called Summer & Winter: Olympic Challenge which runs on DOSBox, a thread on their forums about the issue everyone seems to be having with the game, and it still hasn't been fixed. I contacted support in 2021, and they basically just said can't find the issue our end, so nothing to fix...
