Looking to get a monitor for my newly build rig.
To go 3D is it just a case of buying something like

benq XL2420T 24" TRUE 120Hz 3D Vision 2.0 Widescreen LED Monitor & 3D Vision 2.0 Kit - Bundle with FREE Borderlands 2 PC Game [Xl2420T_3DBundle]

or will i need to buy other parts?

Is 3D worth it or will it just get used until the novelty wears off?

Still haven't purchased my graphics card yet but when i do i was looking to get either HD 7850 or HD 7950. Are both these cards ok for 3D?

If i decide to steer away from the 3D idea what are the best 24" monitors in the £100-£200 price range?

Thanks in advance.

the 120hz aspect is better for me than the 3d.

whenever i used 3d i was amazed. but i never used it for long game sessions for whatever reason

I find the 120hz 2d aspect more appealing like james_2k says

3D for me was nice at first but the novelty soon wears off:)
