going back to 1 gpu???

i got 2 580s in sli in my rig now but i have another rig waiting for its gpu back since i took it out to sli this rig im on now...

im not a big fan of sli now ive used it and i dont really need the 2 gpu's as theres only bf3 that really uses them to the max out of the games i play...

is there anything i need to do when i take the 2nd 580 out of this rig bar disconnect its from psu and mobo???

any thing i need to do in the control panel first or owt???

As I recall, all goes well, and the driver just picks up the single card as it should on reboot.

yeah microstuttering and the fact that the most of the new games that come out have poor sli scaling...
