going back to windows 7 from 8

sick of win 8 want to go back to 7

I have decided to do a fresh install of windows 7 64 which I bought on dvd, can I do a format re-install and will it let me activate it again or due to the fact I installed win 8 over the top has it eaten the win 7 cd key for good ?

What didn't you like about 8?

After a few months of usage, I don't really care about the rubbish new start menu. I just use shortcuts in the taskbar and avoid metro.

had a few issues I have tried to resolve but no luck, the main one is with printers and devices when I click it in control panel it takes about 5 minutes to show me my devices ( most say enabling bt support fixes it but it does not for me I have tried everything )

also keep getting you pc has ran into problems with the blue screen errors getting it 4-5 times a weeks, win7 was 100% stable.

Did you retest your overclock when you installed 8?

yeah i dropped it back to default still got error , seemed ok for about 2 weeks when 8 pack helped me but just started doing again as of monday.
