going from ati to nvidia

i have two pc's and one is going ati to nvidia and the other is going nvidia to ati heres my plan ,please check it and correct me if its wrong
1 uninstall drivers
2 run driver cleaner
3 remove card
4 install new card
5 install latest drivers
6 bobs your uncle

hopefully its that easy as reformatting two pc's is too painfull
both are on vista
ati is X1950 pro 512mb
nvidia is 7900gs 256 mb

2 Remove card
3 Install new card, switch back on
4 go straight into safe mode and run driver cleaner, then boot normally
5 cancel any Found New Hardware Wizards, then reinstall latest drivers
6 bobs your uncle
7 and Fanny's your aunt

Other than that small addition, yer good to go.
