Going from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 12 mini

Hello.

Just want some advice... I’ve had this phone since it was launched. Battery is *** do not swear, if you must, it should be fully starred out and not disguised *** and the phone space is maxed out I can’t take pictures anymore. I have a 32gb model.

I can’t even download games anymore and removed them all.

Internet is slow on it too sometimes. Screen is abit cracked.

Now is the time for me to upgrade (I will be buying out right and getting a sim only deal for 5g if the iPhone 12 mini has 5g).

now the phone size screen is basically the same as phone 7 plus minus the bezel so I have no issue with the screen size of the mini.

I guess what I want know is... will I find a difference in the screen quality, general speed of the phone and gaming ?
 
I'm in a similar boat, on an iPhone 7 128gb, and use a battery case to extend its usability.

Before you can decide, wait and see the actual spec's of the 12, but I hope we would see a difference in the general speed, gaming and battery life!
 
Although the 12 mini should have a 5.4" screen and so it should the same sort of size as a Plus model when measured, it's worth bearing in mind that it will seem smaller because the screen is taller and narrower due to it being almost the entire front of the phone. A while ago I went from an 8 Plus to an X which was 5.5" to 5.8" and the X's screen just felt smaller as a result. Arguably it was better that way though because it was easier to hold. You might want to hold out until you can look at one in the flesh to be sure it's good for you.

Otherwise yes, I can safely say you'll see a difference in just about every way. I had an 11 Pro Max which I sold recently and I'm using an iPhone 7 in the meantime and while it's functional, it's definitely a big step down as it's a fair bit slower, the screen is tiny in comparison and also battery life is awful in comparison. Going straight from a 7 Plus to any of the 12 models will be quite a big jump.
