Going from SB to IB - Format needed?

Hi

I've currently got a Celeron G530 in a Z77 board and my 3570k should be arriving tomorrow but I was wandering if I'd need to format seeing as the memory controller (?) and things are on the actual CPU. So will there be driver issues going from SB to IB?

id say you should be fine to just put it in and let the drivers update themselves in windows

Probably not, bios and win 7 should address any CPU issues.
