going offline for a while can i still play these games?

due to move i wont have internet access for a while will i still be able to play

bioshock
cs-s ( bot play)
hl2

or will steam be a sod and stop my fun? Or shall I dig out some SP games? recommendations to while to the time away until I'm reconnected?

played kotr and ktor2 and have oblivion what else is good for a few weeks gameplay?
