Going on a P&O cruise on the Norwegian Fjords, any tips??

Hi all,

I'm going on my first ever family cruise in April and wondered if any seasoned sailors had any crucial tips??

On bugbear is the WiFi isn't included - in appreciate the part on the sea won't have any mobile data connection but does a regular sim with European/Norway coverage work or are the fjords still classed as maritime(?)

Any suggestions or tips welcome!
 
Norwegian women are hot and it's expensive to eat and drink :D

You should get mobile data signal closer to shore, but you might struggle in some of the fjords themselves. But like you say, don't want to accidentally connect to the maritime network with data enabled or you'll need a mortgage to pay the bill.

I've heard many good things about the Fjord cruises from people I know and I've travelled throughout Norway (not on a cruise though). It's an incredible place.
