I bought an ipod nano online but I think it might be faulty. Can I go to my local Apple dealership and get help there? Do they have some kind of deal with Apple for this?

Thanks,

Jon

If they're an authorised reseller they'll usually be pretty good but don't usually have the facilities onsite to repair. Usually they'll just send it away to Apple on your behalf.

will probably be two weeks though. Normally with most things if you go to an apple store then its a straight swap instead of an organised refund.

You get a 1 year warranty as standard, if it's broken ring up Applecare they can collect it and when they receive it they'll check it and send you a new one if broken, takes a while though, if you book an appointment for the Genius Bar at one of the stores you can pop in get it seen/swapped there if they have it in stock.
