Off to Gloucester to get the Ti now, I shall be back soon with pictures.

3 hours and 160 miles... eek! Hope my mate's Proton Compact can make it there and back :p

*excited dance!*

Just noticed you live down the road from me... You'd better not crash into my 200 with that thing! :p

Good luck and enjoy the drive back :D

Hi all, sorry for the slow reply! Got an invite to a drunk night / BBQ last night, so couldn't get back on here.

We cooked alive in the Proton for nigh on 4 hours due to traffic, with no air con, it was really really nasty :(

Eventually, after being ripped off for a pasty at the services, we got to Gloucester and found the very well hidden road the guy lives on, and got the paperwork sorted. Getting used to driving a petrol was very odd, given the shorted clutch throw and different pedal feel, and I didn't actually feel the car was that quick as I was only sitting the lower revs upto the M5.

But when we got on the sliproad.... ;) Jesus that thing flies! :D:D

All home in one piece, my mate in the Proton was sat behind me and I could see the sweat dripping down his face, I was frozen due to the epic air con :)

Edit@Amoeba: No worries, come for a ride any time you like. I did that with Andy's T16, and a month later I had one, be warned :o

Nice one Mat :) Hope you're enjoying T16 Turbo powahhhhhhh!

I'll look forward to having a nosey in work.

edit... Just noticed the T16 badge on the back. That's John all over :D

It's epic :p yesterday I decided to go for a countryside hoofing, got to 60 in 2nd and changed into 3rd right next to a woman walking dogs, whoosh

She didn't look too happy! :D

Got to say, very impressed with the comfort and handling. I couldn't get it to lose grip at all!

Let's just hope the PG1 holds out :p

Clearly you weren't trying hard enough :D ...glad you got it back safely and it's still working anyway.

I must say, I don't like the way the exhaust pokes out the back so far, looks like someone strapped a double barrel shotgun under the rear bumper. If they were flush with the rear of the car and slash cut it would look a lot tidier I think.

That should be the first job on the list to sort :p
