Going to go 2nd hand, but what to get?

I am looking on getting a mobo.cpu and ram from the MM but not sure what to look for. I am going from a 939 setup so anything is an imrprovement.

i think i want AMD as thats cheaper (?)

i think i want ddr3 as that appears to be slightly cheaper than ddr2

what i am really stumped by is the cpu choice.

It would be for light gaming on a 720 plasma so wouldnt need to be massive resolution. It would be partnered with a geforce 9800gtx,

Looking to try to get all 3 for under £100

Any pointers welcome.

Asus 775 Mobo
4GB DDR2

(very few 775 mobo's support DDR3)

for about £120, you might be able to pick it up for 100 though!
