i7 2600k
8GB XMS Ram
Coolermaster V6GT cooler

I have no idea at all on this new [well new to me ] socket so will be a pain in your **** for a few days i imagine.

How does this stuff clock, bare inmind the last cpu i bought was a Q6600 3 or 4 years ago!

4.5 would be great. I may end up with a water block on it h50 etc

Got most of that on the Q6600 rig so should be sorted there. Will have a look around the bios and see what i can find with regards to multipliers etc.

You think i should leave the voltages for everything stock to begin with then?

Prime crashed after about 1 hour grrr 4.5 needs more volts or something else?

4.4ghz 1.25v BF3 for 2 hours hit no more than 47c. Happy days.

What is a acceptable temp at 100% load? At 4.6 im getting 77c with prime.

Whats the best RAM to get, looking at a 16GB kit but which one?
