Well, I'm off skiing tomorrow, taking my iPhone for some entertainment, I just need to ensure i'm not massively over-charged for data etc.

I've turned off data-roaming, set email to manual check only, deleted all weather and stock information so there are none to retrieve. Is there anything else I should do before I leave so i'm not left with a nasty bill.

Or indeed anything else you'd suggest I do regarding O2?

Thanks

No need to do all of that!

When I went to Germany with my iPhone last year just turning data roaming off was fine :)

If you try and access the internet abroad without wifi it'll just pop up a message telling you that data roaming is turned off.
