Going travelling - should I sell?

So pre-covid I sold everything and planned to travel for 1-2 years - since covid I have purchased a lot of stuff that will be going into storage this time round as I plan to go anywhere from 6 months - 2 years.

I built a custom rig last year that I was planning to stick in storage but wandering if it's worth selling my 6900xt while prices are still high and buy a newer card when I get back or the 6800xt/6900xt prices should have dropped by then?
 
Sell everything, put some of the money to one side so when you come back from travelling you will have a small pot of cash to put towards a build for another PC with the current latest products.
 
Storage is pretty expensive too, I would sell everything you can.

If you're planning on travelling for 2 years there is a chance you may decide not to come back. Not having much to sort through or nothing valuable means you could just abandon it if needed.
 
Thanks for the advice, will stick it up for sale this week and see what I can get for it, it's pretty high spec so hoping for £2500
