Going Turkey for 2 weeks

Walked into the Travel agents with 3 friends and it pretty much went like this:

"We want to go on holiday"

"Where and how long for"

"Ummm Turkey and 2 week"

"Righto, 2 weeks in Gumbat(cant remember the exact spelling) with a £1000 discount special daily offer"

£191.63 hotel, flight and self catering :D

Impulse holidays, nothing like em :)

So, how much spending money you boys reckon i should be thinking of?
 
Aren't the turks against beer, and don't they try to cop with all the english girls and get seriously uppity if a johnny foreigner tries it on with one of their own?

None of the place sounds like a laugh to me.
 
Been in the Gumbat area for a weeks holiday, overall it was fantastic. I must admit the hotel was a ****hole though, a lot of people would find the whole place a bit iffy.We stopped in an all inclusive hotel coming to the end of the season, it closed down before the end of the holiday...

We had some major problems locating and getting in contact with the useless holiday reps. We met some nice girls who were in the same situation as us, but they were luky enough to get a transfer, so we ended up crashing with them for the rest of the holiday.

The nightlife was a little stange, as it was out of season, it was just frisky locals and Russians. Ohh,and i hope you like flys with your food.

they also have a nasty habit of killing supporters of football teams other than there own ¬_¬
