Going with Corsair AIO would solve all my problems, however..

So I am completely redoing my build, for the past 20 years I have always just been set it and forget it with my builds, but blame it on the lockdown and how boring it has been stuck in doors, or whatever else it might be, I have had the urge just to mod my build and actually create a 'theme'.

So I have purchased all the parts I need, including a bunch of LL RGB fans, A white Lan Li Mesh II Case for both cosmetic and performance circumstances, upgraded my ram to include White Dominator sticks with RGB control and a commander Pro for lighting and fan control. plus some cable extensions.

Sounds good so far, my problem now is I wanted to opt for an AIO (been using air for 20+ years and fancy a change, mainly for build theme purposes) and if I was to go for a Corsair H100 I could control everything using iCue and it would look exactly how I want it to look. What I have instead decided to pull the trigger on, and still have time to cancel it if I change my mind, is I picked up a galahad 240 as it has much better thermal performance and is a lot easier to install, but I cannot control the RGB via iCue from what I have seen and instead uses a MOBO RGB Header, but as I don't use Aura Sync and instead have an MSI board, it's not possible to sync it up to iCue.

So now you know the issue I am trying to tackle, I was wondering if any of you have any advice on potentially syncing up my Galahad with my commander pro so I can sync up all of the RGB, or should I just instead surrender to the battle and purchase a H100i instead?

I have to say I give in to Corsair. They may not always be the best hardware, they may not always have the best software, but they offer a level of integration that few others do...

It's tricky - icue gives rgb, pump and rpm control for the h100i. I was under the impression that performance was much of a muchness between the h100i and the Galahad 240.

You are taking about aesthetics over function so really I think you should go with Corsair so you can manage your aesthetics properly rather than relying on different software or RGB headers from motherboard.

Corsair RGB control is meant to be pretty darn good.

Speaking as someone who has to run four separate apps to control my lighting and cooling I'd also say go for the Corsair. RGB becomes a massive pain when you start mixing manufacturers.
