Gold, exp, loot, shops type of games?

Hey guys, I've recently been playing a lot of games with the time off i've had over the holiday period but im looking for something new.

Single player - not mmo

my favourite types are the likes of WoW/Final Fantasy, building a character, leveling up, collecting money, buying new things, kills give you loot etc.

Although it seems hard to find such a game :(

I completed Diablo, Torchlight, Silverlight, borderlands and some other rpg's

looking for something relatively new, any recommendations?
 
The Witcher - it's also reduced on Steam at the moment. Great game, with days of gameplay.
 
Another shout for The Witcher. Try and ignore how mundane the first intro part is though, it really picks up after the first Act.
 
The witcher is good, but not really a loot-centric game if that's what you're into.

You could try Sacred 2? Haven't played it myself but it's another diablo-a-like.
 
Another for witcher. I tried the game near release and just couldnt stand the first part of the game for some reason. Just bought it on steam and spent 50 hours on it, brilliant game that draws you in, a lot of sidequests etc and there are good and bad directions to take in the game. Tip, i found the camera annoying. This can be change with f1 f2 f3, i used f2. The click attack gets better as you level through talent trees :)

Dragon age was better than witcher imo, give that a proper try...

Im trying out gothic 3 and jade empire which i didnt get into properly either.

Try these, get mods if there are any.

Risen - very poor ending imo
Freelancer
Star wars knights of the old republic 1+2
oblivion
stalker shadow of chernobyl
