Bering sea gold, is a bit cringe worthy, i have watched 2 seasons of it, and they are really more stupid than the avg stupid person

and on the subject of mining, there are a couple of semi precious gem ones, one is mining in america, and the other is where a 3 or 4 people travel the world

There is another spin off series called Gold Rush Dave Turins Lost mine, only 4 eps so far, but is has been ok
