Gone so much slower

Hello,

I have a new PC, with around 4gb taken up it was shutting down in 4 seconds, however now i have around 5gig taken and have an office install and it is taking 19 seconds to shut down.

Is there anyway to speed things up?

Also, it's weird how somethings slowing it down so bad, check out run > msconfig and see if there's anything new in there that doesn't need to be running.
