I'm getting fed up of the noise from my Titen Fenrir fan, it makes a strange whining noise when it speeds up. So I want a new CPU fan. I'll be buying two for a pull-push setup. Which is good 120mm fan that's quiet and good for cooling?

Yate loons are pretty good, but if you have an asus motherboard you wont be able to speed control them from the cpu fan header, due to them being 3 pin only. The akasa apache/viper being 4 pin PWM fans are better suited as cpu fans.

I found a good fan controller (up to 8 fans all of it support both 3 pin standard and 4 pin PWM connector) Nesteq FanMax 8-Channel Fan Controller (I might order this but it ashame they don't show fan speed in display)

Well done Orcvader but do bear in your mind, both viper fans will not reduce H50/H70 temperature down alots (only about 1 or 2 degrees off) no different in a push-pull mate. Both fans can be heard bit loud but not worse thought!

Due to the funny airflow around the CPU and how the titan fenrir has to be mounted on AMD systems, a pull-push system actually drops 10 degrees for me on max load. I've tested this by placing a 92mm fan on top. I guess it's because in the HAF 932 there's more exhaust than inhale around the cooler.

Delta 120mm Focussed Flow Fan 190cfm cant get a better fan than it, the only down sides is your pc might take of or you'll be deaf :D
