Good 1GB vs Value 2GB

I have yet another dilema guys... i'm torn between GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 and GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC5300 667MHz Value DDR2
Anybody have experience with the value? Any comments will be great

2gb. allways. quiet a marked improvement in windows usage with 2gb. more so with vista than xp.

that geil value will probably clock to 800mhz anyway

was in same position as you a few months ago, go for the 2GB-loads of pluses inc. maxing out BF2
