I got i7 930 2.8ghz want to overclock to 3.8ghz

you wont get a good cooler for £20 thats like saying getting a cheap power supply is a good idea or like saying kingwing or cit make good power supplies. Cheap = crap weather its coolers or power supplies.

Arctic Freezer 13 for £23? Works nicely on my OC'd S775 Quad, perhaps a tad underpowered for a 130W CPU. The Arctic i30 would be better if RAM clearance isn't an issue.

Agree with others, for an extra tenner (£30) you will start to get best bang for buck performance wise.

Pants to hear if you're on a tight budget.

If all you have is £20 then as i said before the Xigmatek Gaia is a Great cooler for the money.
