Good 27" 1080P 165hz monitor

Hi all

I've built a second gaming rigg on a budget. Its a 12th Gen i5 with RTX 3050

So looking for a good 1080p gaming monitor with either 144hz or 165hz refresh in a 27" size

Any idea's please
