Thought I might be able to get it higher than this but this is all I can get it up to stable.

GPU 900
mem 1070
1.3 volts

I did have it at 1000/1100. It would bench but lock in games.

I'm more used to overclocking nvidia cards
So how can I get it better???
 
Its not the best overclock in the world but hey its free and no doubt theres people out there with a lot worse overclocks then that =p
What speed is GPU fan running at?
Your options are Water cooling,Bios Flash or reseating the heatsink with some decent thermal paste.
Not sure if AMD GPU Tool/MSI afterburner is still the tools of choice but used to be a decent combo software wise.
