Good App/desktop widget to monitor temperatures

Could anyone recommended a good app/widget with a desktop widget that monitors:

- CPU Temperature
- HDD/SSD Temperatures
- Free Memory
- Used Memory

Ideally something clean and minimal to put on the desktop.

I use this but you need coretemp minimized to use it.

Or do you want what that will run in the background on its own?

That's great but it doesn't show HDD/SSD temperatures.
