I bought a sliced loaf of Health Guard Artisan Rye bread with sunflower seeds which was going for 49p instead of the usual £1.20. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=261653334

Honestly, it's such tasty bread! :) Beautiful toasted and with marmalade, or cheese or peanut butter, though takes longer to toast as it's dense! Normal hovis type bread is nice but it's very flimsy and feels like it lacks substance compared to the rye bread. The rye bread also reminds me of this, another great sliced loaf, vogel's

I don't know if Hovis sunflower seed is the same, but both Vogel and the loaf I have, each slice is similar to the weight of a slice of fruit cake, quite heavy, and dense texture.
