Good budget HC camcorder? 720P 60FPS recording

Didn't have any luck in Photography & Video so i'll whack this here.

Looking for a HD camcorder that records at 720P or higher and at 60 frames per second for fast moving objects which i'd like to slo-mo in Vegas.
 
Price range?

The Panasonic SD90 or SD900 would be the ones to go for... I bought a SD90 for my trip to Portugal a few weeks ago, still in the middle of editing the footage.
 
That looks rubbish. The best you're going to get around that price range is probably a Flip Ultra or Mino HD. They're good for the price, but don't expect miracles.

And that's why you didn't have any luck in the other section.

I'm not the expert on this but what I do know is that you could have a 100 megapixel camera but if the lens is crap it will still come out crap.
I've always trusted Karl Zeiss lens that come with Sony products and my HD camcorder is a HDR-CX115.

Good grief, I've just seen the price of it now - April 2010 I paid £399

If you can still get it the kodak zx3 would be an excellent choice. A truly tremendous hd camcorder on a budget. It can even be used underwater! :D
