Good camera for macro

Hello

I am looking for a camera that I can use to take photos of tiny scratches / dents etc on electronics such as phones and tablets.

WiFi would also be a bonus but not essential.

The budget is about 300 pounds but I dont need it for any other function so don't want to overpay.

Any suggestions are welcome.
