Good Cheap 2.1/2.0 Setup?

Just wondering what the consensus on cheap 2.1/2.0 setups is. Im planning to replace some Logitech X530s which seem to be dying and given that I never really had the right room arrangement to make convienient use of the surround sound I was thinking that I might be able to get a better set if I just revert to plain old stereo sound. The quality on the logitech's suited me fine, but if I can get a slightly better pair for the same price as a 5.1 set I'm up for it. I'm thinking about £30.

Is it a freeforall at this price range or is there anything that stands out? Any good deals that are worth stretching the budget for?

well impressed with my jbl creature speakers.. they're 2.1 I believe. Great sound.
