Good / cheap ADSL package with phone?

I am after a good / cheap ADSL package with Talk too.

Can anyone recommend a good company? Not bothered about massive download speeds etc. Just a good package that has broadband and phone (Landline). Ta.

No, Tiscali are fairly dire. Traffic management and shocking CS. On the other hand, if you've got to have a package of ADSL and voice service you're reducing your options substantially...
