My budget for the case is probably up to about £50.

Don't mind having to buy extra fans but would like the case to have usb 3 and also if the ports and buttons were at the top of the case as the case will be on the floor.

Has anyone used the Xigmatek Pantheon case before?

I was looking at the Z9 case but for the price difference I could get a set of extra fans for the Xigmatek case?

Genuine question... how much are you going to be spending extra on fans?

If it's 5 fans at £10 a piece, just buy the Silverstone RV03, and don't replace the fans (you don't need to)

Silverstone Precision PS06B looks quite nice. I'm rummaging around for a case around £50-£70 myself, and seems to tick the boxes.

The antec 300 would be a great contender were it not for several design issues relating to cable management and fan mounts and such. Luckily the antec 302 has addressed all of these issues, and it lends itself to modding as well! The old 300 was always a favourite for modders.

Fractal Design Arc Midi can be found in that price bracket

Yea if you can stretch to £70 the arc midi looks like it ticks all the boxes personally I'd go with the core 3000 or the lancool k58 if spending up to around £50 not a fan of the antec 300 or 302 they are so basic.Cases with 140mm places for fans and removable hdd cages for airflow and allowing of longer graphics cards are a far better choice. You can always add a usb 3.0 panel later when you need one I'd rather have a good case than make sacrifices just for usb 3.0.
The Corsair Carbide 300R is worth a look too.

I upgraded from an Antec 300 to a Fractal Design Arc Midi last week and the difference is huge. The arc midi has so much more room, it comes with three decent 140mm fans as standard, USB2 & USB3 on the front panel (top actually), it has excellent cable management and comes with a basic fan controller which makes for silent but still effective cooling. I've fitted another 140mm and a 120mm fan and it is still silent even when running Prime.
I did look at the Antec 302, the Corsair Carbide 300R and the Fractal Design Core 3000 but the Arc Midi was the only one that ticked every box I wanted.
