Good, cheap Telecaster

Looking at getting a Telecaster copy, possibly for Christmas. I really want that twang that they give, but don't really want to pay for MIM or MIA ones due to the price.

Would be looking at upgrading the pups if I got one so really the neck and playability are the most important aspects. Are the Squiers any good?

Try a Tokai.... have a look on ebay there's usually a few floating around on their.. get em now cos Fender have bought up all the production from the factory in Japan for themselves so Tokai have dropped them from their line for the time being..
