I have between £20 -£25 to spend on a decent and QUIET cooler to replace the stock one on my AMD 64 3000+ S939. I seem to be leaning towards the Zalman flower at the moment an just wanted some opinions.

Cheers

Thanks guys, have looked at both and noticed the Gigabyte one has an led inside which TBH I dont really want/need, surely a light only adds to the temperature?

Keep the suggestions coming :)

Excuse me for being stupid but I was sure this was a forum??????? I thought thats what forums were for??? asking questions and getting advice from people with more experience than yourself.

If everyone only searched the forums then there would be no content. Forums rely on people posting and starting new threads so others can some and read them.

you are right new threads are needed

but....
i can see 6 threads on the first page dealing with what cooler should i get ;)

anyway big t is excellent

Exactly, it doesnt take take much to have a look at a few pages instead of being "lazy" and just asking something that has been asked 6 or 7 times before. After looking around and you still dont know then a specific question can be formulated.

But yes, the Big T is supposed to be good.
