Good CPU block to use with Hydor L30?

I'm getting a rad, res and hydor L30 from the members market to try some watercooling on my new rig, can anyone recommend me a suitable cpu block?

I've read some blocks are better for low or high flow rates, but I'm not sure what the Hydor counts as. It has a flow rated at 1200lph with a head height of 195cm.

D-Tek Fuzion seems to be a good fairly free flowing block and is one of the best available.
